Meditation: Tuesday Cleaning & Evening Meditation

There will be a monthly cleaning period beginning at 6:15 pm. The evening meditation begins at 7:00 pm and consists of a 45 minute sit. This is usually followed by saying our first name and any announcements. A program, which changes weekly, begins at 8:00 pm and is described separately. Two assistive hearing devices can be obtained in advance of the sit. |
